Natvia & Time Management
On the weekend I did ALOT of baking because on Friday I was asked to be a Natvia Cooking Ambassador!
While I’m very excited and honoured (I’m a huge fan of the brand if you haven’t noticed), in order to take part in this awesome opportunity I needed to be able to produce eight recipes by the end of this week and some needed to be in video format!
Excuse me while I freak out for 10 seconds…………..
Okay I’m back.
Luckily the day before I got this call my I was reading an article by my favourite business & life coach Marie Forleo. Marie has said many times work expands to the deadline you give it, meaning if you don’t give yourself a deadline or too long of a deadline, you will never actually end up getting anything done. That’s why it’s a good idea to have a person you are accountable to (hello Meredith & Ainslie!) to make sure you take action and not just sit around doing a lot of talking. So even though my deadline was close and I was going to have to get a lot done in a short space of time, I decided to look at the positives like what an amazing opportunity this is for Live Healthy Simply and to get in the kitchen!
Here is one of my Natvia recipes, followed my a photo of Ursula and I in our Natvia tops because we think they’re pretty spesh.
Natvia Pancakes
1 no egg (vegan substitute for egg) or 1 normal egg
1 cup of milk of choice (I used oat milk)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 handful of mixed berries
2 tablespoons Natvia
Steps
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, adding in milk while stirring, add in berries and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Stir again to ensure all the bubbles are out of the mixture
In a frying pan melt a teaspoon of coconut on a low heat
Dollop mixture into the frying pan and flip once bubbles appear
Garnish with toppings of choice – I chose banana!
Questions: Have you baked anything with Natvia lately? How do you use Natvia? Any tips for becoming better at managing your time?

I discovered SHFT yesterday
The website is a creation of film producer Peter Glatzer and the dreamy Adrian Grenier.
It covers sustainable food, fashion, design, art, homes, gardens and energy. Make sure you have a look!
And just incase you have missed me harping on about sugar..
A new study shows that not only does sugar make us fat, ruin our teeth & screws up our skin and digestive system it also makes us dumb!
What interesting health news or websites have you found recently?
Have a healthy and happy weekend!
