Wake Up Strawberry Smoothie

I love eating Pancakes with Coconut Chocolate Butter for breakfast but during the week it isn’t going to happen. I’m not a morning person so I need something I can make quickly and doesn’t take long to eat. Cereal and toast require too much chewing and I find them a little boring– sorry toast you just aren’t going to cut it! A smoothie on the other hand can be a little different every day plus you can add in as many superfoods and vitamins as you want! Serves 2 or 1 if you are really hungry!

Wake Up Smoothie

250 ml soya milk

250 ml water

1/2 cup of  strawberry flavor Pea Protein Isolate

1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder

1 teaspoon of maca powder

1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

1 tablespoon of ground chia seeds

1 teaspoon of ginseng powder

Combine in a blender for 45 seconds and you’re good to go!
