Who likes easy to make dinners? This recipe doesn’t even involve any cooking which means more raw foods and less washing up! Win win all round!
What you need
Gluten free wraps
Guacamole – recipe below
1 tomato
1 green capsicum (green pepper)
1/2 onion
1 can of black beans
Lettuce
Steps
Chop tomato, capsicum, onion, lettuce
Open the can of black beans and rinse with water (if you had the time you could always cook them yourself, but I’m too lazy).
Place the ingredients in different stations and allow everyone to make their own wraps, saves arguments (why did you give me less guacamole?!) and is fun too
If you like you can lightly warm the wraps in a pan beforehand

1 avacado
Lemon juice
Sea salt
1 clove of chopped galic
Steps
Mash avocado in a bowl
Finely chop garlic
Add lemon juice and salt to taste
