If you are like me, the thought of giving up chocolate, at anytime of the year (and especially at Easter!) is too much to bear! Luckily even if you are avoiding sugar you don’t have to give up chocolate now, next week or EVER! That’s right! You can eat all the chocolatey goodness you want and not feel bad about it.
Easter Raw Chocolate Treats
* Oil free – too!
What you need
1/2 cup coconut desicated
1/2 Rich in Health High Protein Powder chocolate flavour
1 teaspoon cacao
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of maca
1 handful coconut nibs
1 teaspoon blueberry powder
Natvia to taste
Roll batter with a rolling pin so it’s a .5cm thick
Using cookie cutters, cut your raw treats into shape – Harts, stars, Easter bunnies whatever takes your fancy
Eat straight away or they can be kept in the fridge in a air tight container – Otherwise they dry out and won’t be as tasty
