What are you doing next weekend? Got no plans? Why not win yourself a double pass to the Australian Fitness & Health Expo taking place on the 28th - 29th  April!

I haven’t spoke much about  fitness and exercise on Live Healthy Simply and that’s something I want to change as Live Healthy Simply get’s a revamp over the next month.  I’m definitely not an expert in the area but I find it interesting to hear what others do for exercise, it inspires me to try different things and think outside the box. Currently my fitness regime includes yoga once a week and another 2 – 3 other classes per week -usually Core or Body Pump. I don’t do alot of cadio, I get bored easily and find it too jarring.

Question: What type of exercise do you enjoy? 

At the expo you’ll have a chance to meet Olympians like Eamon Sullivan (#swoon) and Steve Hooker and see the hottest products and training methods that have just been released.

    I would love to go to this. I need to exercise more and this would help me get in the right mind frame. At the moment the only exercise I do is walking.

    I do 3 power yoga classes a week and 2 or 3 walks or runs around sydney harbour :)

    yoga, soft sand running, swimming, walking, weights & dance & yoga yoga yoga. But i consider it all just fun rather than exercise. when its fun its all just incidental exercise. PEACE OUT J-DOG

    I love yoga too, but I have recently gotten into running!
