Kokomo mojito inspired smoothie
- 1 cup Kokomo coconut water
- 1⁄2 avocado
- 1⁄4 cup fresh mint leaves
- Juice of one lime
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- Handful of lettuce or baby spinach (for some bonus greenery)
- A small handful of ice cubes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of stevia granules (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whirl.
