I’m so lucky to be featured again in Women’s Health & Fitness magazine. The topic is how has changing your eating habits changed your life – A statement that rings very true to me. Since changing my eating habits I have met amazing people both on and offline, I created Live Healthy Simply and I’m the cusp of launching an online health food store. I’m starting a new career in nutrition which I absolutely love. What we eat effects us on so many different levels so it’s no surprise that when we change what we eat so many positive events and changes take place.
