I love kitchen appliances!

I love how they make cooking easier, less messy and most importantly, save you time. Whether there’s study that needs to be done, a blog post that needs to be written, a house that needs cleaning, or in my case an insistent wedding coordinator who keeps on emailing me wanting answers…cooking can feel rushed and totally uninspiring. Not fun.

Fear not there is a solution! If no magical fairies are going to come in and make your dinner, then Telfal’s Soup & Co  is the next best thing. All you need to do is chop veggies, add water and a little stock and hey presto 25 minutes later you’ll have soup – yep it’s that easy.

Winter Veggie Soup

150 grams carrots

150 grams parsnips

150 grams jerusalem artichokes

100 grams white leek

20 grams celery

1/2 cub vegetable stock

850 ml  water

Select P1 and 25 minutes later you’ll have hot and delicious soup
