because you just might get it, then realise there is no freaking way you want it. Let me explain…
On Friday I had some very exciting news that I shared in my newsletter, the offer on our “dream house” had been accepted and we would be moving in as soon as possible.
The house is in the next suburb and comes with two bedrooms, car spot, a backyard! (which is basically unheard of living so close to the city), it’s located in a awesome neighbourhood and has just been newly renovated. I had been working on manifesting our dream home for a few weeks and it seemed like I had done it! Woo hoo, go me!
Friday morning was a whirlwind of excitement, I was so excited I even forget to change the subject line for my newsletter. It was meant to be “I’m Nearly a Home Owner”, instead it was “Are You a Winner?” from last week. Sorry if I confused you! The truth is I was busy imagining how I would decorate the office and what gumboots I would buy for gardening (Hunter of course!) to concentrate on anything more than 5 minutes, I don’t think I was particularly productive on Friday.
Then at 2pm we got the news that no one buying a house ever wants to hear…
The house is filled with termites.
So the dream house turned out to be very far away from our dream house after all and I’m back to manifesting a house which is most importantly pest free!
What’s your experience with manifesting? Have you ever created a opportunity you thought you wanted but turned out wasn’t right for you?
