I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, smoothies are a great way to start the day! Mine are 100% raw, 100% vegan and 100% delicious, try out this recipe today!

Ingredients
- 300mls water
- Handful rolled oats
- 1 cup Rich In Health Pea Isolate Protein
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of cacao gold
- ½ teaspoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon raw organic maca powder
- 2 tablespoons raw chia ceeds
- 2 tablespoons acai berry powder
Instructions
- Mix in a blender – I used Philips Pure Essentials Collection Hand Blender, it works a charm!
