Last year I wrote down some very basic intentions, however this year I decided to pull out all the stops and write another everything which is on my mind. I suggest you do too, it’s a great way to measure how far you have come and to hold yourself accountable.
I’ll be working on my business specific goals with Denise Duffield-Thomas on my private VIP coaching day this week! I’m so excited to start the new year off by having all my goals mapped out and planned for the coming year – awesome!

Buy a white desk, pinboard and lots of Kikki K stationary for my new home office

Practice yoga once a week
Get a better acquainted with meditating.Practice every day (even if only for 5 minutes) and for half an hour on Friday
