I know I’ve been very slack and haven’t shared a recipe with you in ages! It’s been a combination of not venturing to try new recipes (pots and pans being in boxes will do that to you) and feeling inspired to write about about different things.
It’s funny to think, when I first started Live Healthy Simply I was under the impression I needed to choose a specific niche, and only write about that. Every blog post I read about blogging, spoke about how important it was to not stray from your topic of choice and to do so would result in only your Mum reading your blog and not reaching a larger audience.
What a relief to know that this isn’t true! My combination of interests is what makes me unique and writing on different, yet related topics are what keeps Live Healthy Simply interesting.
Writing about anything too much can get really boring, so I hope you don’t mind I’ve been mixing things up lately. I’m sure I’ll continue to do so for a while yet!
