Hey Lovely!

Thanks for your interest in Live Healthy Simply! Here are a few facts about me so you can get to know me better 🙂

  • I’m a Holistic Health Coach with the aim to inspire my clients and readers of Live Healthy Simply to live a healthy, fulfilling and inspired life – simply.
  • I work with women across the world and teach them how to upgrade their health without boring and restrictive diets.
  • This is done through daily blog posts, weekly newsletters, VIP 1:1 Coaching and my ebook The Chic & Healthy Woman – 9 Wellness Secrets to Create a Happy Life.
  • I have a degree in business and I’m currently studying Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.
  • I love tea, cacao, organic spray tans and Salvatore Ferragamo handbags.
  • I live in Sydney, Australia but I also have big love for Canada (my husband is Canadian) and India (some say I look part Indian when I have the above spray tans!)

Some background information on me

I’m the product of a relatively eclectic upbringing. I was raised by my parents in a rural area, north of Sydney in the Hunter Valley, Australia. I began practicing yoga for the first time when I was six, Reiki (a form of energy healing) at age eleven and even started seeing a kinesiologist (a system of treatment based on the idea that the body knows what it needs to heal itself) at the age of twelve. I attended a Steiner school (an independent form of schooling), was brought up as a vegetarian and oh yeah, my mother gave birth to me at home!

For a number of years when asked what it was that I wanted to do when I grew up, my response was “to be a ballerina”. However, after years of practice, I realized that I probably wasn’t going to be the next Margot Fonteyn and it was then that my response changed to “working in the personal and spiritual development field”.

I lost this dream for a few years and instead entered the corporate world. I thought if I became a healer or helper I would need to quit shaving my legs and stop washing my hair and I wasn’t down with that!

The good news is we can have the best of both worlds.

You can be interested in health, personal development, and spirituality and still buy nice clothes and paint your nails – thank god for that!

It’s all about balance and finding a happy medium which works for you. There is no need to be extreme on either end of the spectrum.

If you’re struggling to find that balance and need some serious VIP attention to your health, I would love to work with you to achieve your health goals. Check out my Cosmopolitan Wellness Coaching Program for all the details.

If you have any questions send me an email! I’d love to hear from you.

Lots of love,
