Recipe: Quinoa Salad
Mum made this salad for us to eat on moving day. We ate in on my bed with a sea of boxes around us, while I was trying to find my lost jogger. To be honest, I could have eaten anything by lunchtime because I was so hungry, but it does taste really good and it’s super healthy too! Ingredients 1 cup quinoa 1½ cups water 1 carrot – peeled and grated 1 cob corn – steamed or raw.
